The 2012 Summer Rental Season
The peak rental rate for our 8-bedroom / 5-full bath home is $7,900** per week. Our special offer rates range from $3,750 to $6,700** per week. During off-peak season, Holly Haven House can be rented for multi-day special occasions with minimum 3 days / 2 nights per week stay. The rate for a 3-day, 2 night non-holiday stay is $1,800. |

** - Rates are in US dollar and subject to change without notice.
Payment Policy:
- The deposit amount is 50% of the weekly rental rate, which is due at the time of reservation. The balance of the rent plus $1,000 fully refundable security deposit will be due 30 days prior to the check-in date. Personal checks will not be accepted on check-in date. No exceptions!
- The $1,000 fully refundable security deposit will be returned to you within 14 days of the check-out date given no damage, missing inventory, nor excessive cleaning is required.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Request for cancellation must be made in writing. Every effort will be made to re-rent the property once a written notice is received. However, there is no guarantee the property will re-rent. If the property is not re-rented, the balance of the rent under the lease shall be due and payable in full. If the property is re-rented, monies paid by the tenant, less 10% processing fee, will be refunded.
